A stream of ballot boxes then arrived as GBC announced the results of their exit poll putting the GSLP/Liberal Alliance ahead with 72%. As counting started by midnight candidates started to arrive at John Macintosh Hall where the count is taking place. One of the first candidates to arrive was John Cortes, followed by Edwin Reyes. Moments later Joseph Garcia, Gilbert Licudi, Albert Isola and Steven Linares arrived to a somewhat quite JHM as counting started. The verification count was overseen by agents of both parties, with the Governor Alison Macmilan also visiting JMH to oversee the protocols being followed, as is traditional during general elections in Gibraltar.John Macintosh Hall also saw tonight armed patrols present around the area, in keeping with the high security alert status presently experienced in Gibraltar. The security detail deployed included the presence of an inspector within the armed response detail, this being one of the few occassions in which a high ranking officer has been seen present as part of the unit when in public. turismo-en-gibraltar-092015-698_22730280712_o img_0365_45202129655_o Gibraltar - 27th November 2015 - As Gibraltar woke up for work, John Macintosh Hall closed the count to the general election placing the GSLP/Liberal Alliance as the party to form Government. With an overall mayority 68.03% against the GSD's 31.37, the GSLP/Liberals recorded an overwhelming victory which once again sees Fabian Picardo as the Chief Minister of Gibraltar. The results were: -PICARDO, Fabian Raymond 10852 GARCIA, Joseph John 10661 CORTES, John Emmanuel 10529 LICUDI, Gilbert Horace 10379 ISOLA , Albert Joseph 10313 COSTA, Neil Francis 10048 SACRAMENTO, Samantha Jane 9822 LINARES, Steven Ernest 9690BALBAN, Paul John 9511 BOSSANO, Joseph John 9145FEETHAM, Daniel Anthony 5054 HASSAN NAHON, Marlene Dinah Esther 4892 PHILLIPS, Elliott John 4784 REYES, Edwin Joseph 4766 CLINTON, Roy Mark 4733 HAMMOND, Trevor Nicholas 4578LLAMAS, Lawrence Francis 4565 VASQUEZ, Robert Michael 4535 WHITE, Christopher George 4324 KARNANI-SANTOS, Kim Sylvia 4314 img_0450_45389551134_o ii-festival-internacional-de-jazz-gibraltar23_10382437804_o img_0480_44297011370_o img_9011_19954709400_o Gibraltar Music Festival 2015 Sunday sessions 3-de-septiembre-de-2016-gibraltar-music-festival-86_28815938784_o regiment-freedom-of-city-0165_15439978615_o 7u3a6500_49454484666_o lincoln-uefa-21072015-31_19287584903_o university_39633678781_o changing-of-the-guard-the-convent-0423_39633954281_o 11-oct-2017-eurafrica-trail-35_37623772192_o alameda-gardens-11_38924786164_o img_0175_41972500260_o panorama_1-3_39603951672_o panorama-6_38737331865_o 23-jun-2019-blogueros-espaoles-de-viajes-visitan-el-pen_48131160342_o 2g9a8465_46634158961_o img_9940_40383749500_o img_1807_37002182955_o 05-mayo-17-visita-claire-moody-26_34309885672_o 16-a-19-nov-2017-festival-internacional-de-literatura-gibunco-de-gibraltar-187_37830948284_o llegan-los-generadores-para-la-nueva-estacin-elctrica_31318393422_o img_3547_36982596533_o 13-noviembre-2016-da-del-recuerdo-en-gibraltar-26_30846302002_o 10-sep-2017-national-day-50-aniversario-referndum-10967-1_36312449994_o_37027014831_o 10-sep-2017-national-day-50-aniversario-referndum-10967-19_37148806825_o_37027015991_o tom-lackey-acrobata-aereo-de-94-anos-en-gibraltar-10102014-01_15329590618_o img_3781_36991652802_o img_2256_27628290801_o joseph-garca-viceministro-principal-de-gibraltar-el-9-feb-2016-durante-un-simulacro-de-incidente-en-el-aeropuerto-de-gibraltar_24888685396_o img_2966_25133012062_o Gibraltar Music Festival Sets off img_2889_25133515222_o img_2607_24988178102_o img_8703_24454644146_o Gibraltar -28th September 2015 - The Governor of Gibraltar today departed From office bidding Farewell to politicians and the armed Forces in what ended up to be a low Key ceremony.
