A stream of ballot boxes then arrived as GBC announced the results of their exit poll putting the GSLP/Liberal Alliance ahead with 72%. As counting started by midnight candidates started to arrive at John Macintosh Hall where the count is taking place. One of the first candidates to arrive was John Cortes, followed by Edwin Reyes. Moments later Joseph Garcia, Gilbert Licudi, Albert Isola and Steven Linares arrived to a somewhat quite JHM as counting started. The verification count was overseen by agents of both parties, with the Governor Alison Macmilan also visiting JMH to oversee the protocols being followed, as is traditional during general elections in Gibraltar.John Macintosh Hall also saw tonight armed patrols present around the area, in keeping with the high security alert status presently experienced in Gibraltar. The security detail deployed included the presence of an inspector within the armed response detail, this being one of the few occassions in which a high ranking officer has been seen present as part of the unit when in public. panormica-desde-la-parte-alta-del-pen_22750747331_o 21-agosto-2014-colas-de-entrada-y-salida-de-gibraltar21_14803177867_o Gibraltar - 27th November 2015 - As Gibraltar woke up for work, John Macintosh Hall closed the count to the general election placing the GSLP/Liberal Alliance as the party to form Government. With an overall mayority 68.03% against the GSD's 31.37, the GSLP/Liberals recorded an overwhelming victory which once again sees Fabian Picardo as the Chief Minister of Gibraltar. The results were: -PICARDO, Fabian Raymond 10852 GARCIA, Joseph John 10661 CORTES, John Emmanuel 10529 LICUDI, Gilbert Horace 10379 ISOLA , Albert Joseph 10313 COSTA, Neil Francis 10048 SACRAMENTO, Samantha Jane 9822 LINARES, Steven Ernest 9690BALBAN, Paul John 9511 BOSSANO, Joseph John 9145FEETHAM, Daniel Anthony 5054 HASSAN NAHON, Marlene Dinah Esther 4892 PHILLIPS, Elliott John 4784 REYES, Edwin Joseph 4766 CLINTON, Roy Mark 4733 HAMMOND, Trevor Nicholas 4578LLAMAS, Lawrence Francis 4565 VASQUEZ, Robert Michael 4535 WHITE, Christopher George 4324 KARNANI-SANTOS, Kim Sylvia 4314 gibraltar-music-festival-2013-emili-sande_9703010336_o 6-septiembre-2015-gibraltar-music-festival-2015-iii66_21029598579_o gibraltar-world-music-festival-dia-2-mark-eliyahu-ensemble-05_9222698255_o 3-de-septiembre-de-2016-gibraltar-music-festival-38_29151485100_o concierto-de-albert-hammond-7-noviembre-201404_15714587176_o strongmen-201339_10019150025_o 2g9a4963_48875161982_o strongmen-201368_10019056373_o sebastian-coe-en-gibraltar_38976723295_o beaches-2_25762495408_o 1_img_0111_29910409648_o Monos-43 Monos-en-la-ciudad-15 a5f2801198b538a6ef6768746b489725 img_5164_48919068563_o img_5325_48919602751_o dscf7910_42790067480_o img_8805_26589635029_o img_9045_38309161416_o_38310543516_o img_0476_36342234491_o 160910-national-day-gibraltar-2016-25_29605150335_o 2g9a5125_30961359425_o 2g9a7427_29750595241_o 2g9a9299_29373774632_o 102215_28871939194_o 2g9a9268_28857834794_o 05-ene-2016-cabalgata-de-los-reyes-magos-en-gibraltar_23578622564_o Gibraltar Music Festival Sets off simulacro-accidente-aereo-en-gibraltar-03122014-16_15941969601_o flashmob-sunborn-gibraltar-1411201445_15628011348_o img_9087_25955087744_o gibraltar-national-day_026_9719744436_o despedida-del-gobernador-de-gibraltar-13112013-marcos-moreno02_10967188896_o 9-septiembre-15-national-day-2015-23_21274425066_o 9-septiembre-15-national-day-2015-35_21113788659_o 10-septiembre-2014-national-day15_15014995837_o 10-septiembre-2014-national-day38_15201506655_o BA200006 20220910_21-GUN-SALUTE_124 BP200031 Remembrance-Sunday-2022-13 GIB-20230506-045-Coronation Gun Salute
