This resulted in tensions between the activists. Police were present to calm down the situation which has been played down as a minor incident. Executive members of the GSD approached over the incident have indicated that they were not at the time aware of such an incident, but have indicated that they would not support such actions and would be looking into the matter. No further known incidents have been reported throughout the day.Voting has been steady throughout the day, with politicians attending the polling stations throughout the morning as voters queue up to vote. The Commissioner of Police has attended polling stations to oversee security in person. Gibraltar - 27th November 2015 - With security around John Macintosh Hall tightened, the first ballot box surprised everyone arriving dead on 10pm, the time polling stations were supposed to close their doors. A stream of ballot boxes then arrived as GBC announced the results of their exit poll putting the GSLP/Liberal Alliance ahead with 72%. As counting started by midnight candidates started to arrive at John Macintosh Hall where the count is taking place. One of the first candidates to arrive was John Cortes, followed by Edwin Reyes. Moments later Joseph Garcia, Gilbert Licudi, Albert Isola and Steven Linares arrived to a somewhat quite JHM as counting started. The verification count was overseen by agents of both parties, with the Governor Alison Macmilan also visiting JMH to oversee the protocols being followed, as is traditional during general elections in Gibraltar.John Macintosh Hall also saw tonight armed patrols present around the area, in keeping with the high security alert status presently experienced in Gibraltar. The security detail deployed included the presence of an inspector within the armed response detail, this being one of the few occassions in which a high ranking officer has been seen present as part of the unit when in public. desayuno-financiero-de-gibraltar-en-londres_45518764841_o turismo-en-gibraltar-092015-287_22756455411_o 20150911_141316212_ios_22122388543_o img_3719_34112970991_o img_9332_28984556927_o gibraltar-music-festival-2013-fabian-picardo-y-esposa_9702998708_o img_0544_44297153600_o 6-septiembre-2015-gibraltar-music-festival-2015-iii65_21190156286_o Gibraltar Music Festival 2015 Sunday sessions 2017-HMS-Gibraltar-set 2g9a0601_26247169783_o festival-literario-gibraltar24_10496810756_o img_9478_41222425125_o sebastian-coe-en-gibraltar_39165321684_o img_5745_49086658872_o sebastian-coe-en-gibraltar_39843324932_o Monos-55 evacuation-monument-0487_27856103119_o 2g9a2132_48705914833_o 2g9a5903_48204606631_o img_5206_48919808592_o 2g9a4513_48714140426_o img_5231_48919070668_o img_5246_48919809537_o img_5365_41421448745_o img_4597_48713814663_o 160910-national-day-gibraltar-2016-115_29494984942_o img_3030_42792488050_o 2g9a5355_25325890909_o 16-a-19-nov-2017-festival-internacional-de-literatura-gibunco-de-gibraltar-115_26771239399_o img_5060-copy_28856391524_o CM & Franco Visit Frontier Exhibition 060619 { seq} ( Photo John Bugeja) at the JMHall untitled_panorama2_29388296492_o img_3865_37163019595_o 2-jun-2016-salvas-en-gibraltar-honor-al-aniversario-de-coronacin-de-la-reina_27319188552_o 5-septiembre-2015-gibraltar-music-festival-2015-81_21000527899_o Chief Rabbi of Commonwealth at Jews Gate Cemetery opening 2g9a1996_27170660591_o img_9046_25957174493_o 20-de-agosto-2015-celebraciones-aniversario-sir-joshua-hassan-mar-del-sur-26_20569963698_o img_4460_20512567916_o gibraltar-evacuation-dsc_3656_17818043739_o USS-Alaska-Gib-2
