This resulted in tensions between the activists. Police were present to calm down the situation which has been played down as a minor incident. Executive members of the GSD approached over the incident have indicated that they were not at the time aware of such an incident, but have indicated that they would not support such actions and would be looking into the matter. No further known incidents have been reported throughout the day.Voting has been steady throughout the day, with politicians attending the polling stations throughout the morning as voters queue up to vote. The Commissioner of Police has attended polling stations to oversee security in person. Gibraltar - 27th November 2015 - As Gibraltar woke up for work, John Macintosh Hall closed the count to the general election placing the GSLP/Liberal Alliance as the party to form Government. With an overall mayority 68.03% against the GSD's 31.37, the GSLP/Liberals recorded an overwhelming victory which once again sees Fabian Picardo as the Chief Minister of Gibraltar. The results were: -PICARDO, Fabian Raymond 10852 GARCIA, Joseph John 10661 CORTES, John Emmanuel 10529 LICUDI, Gilbert Horace 10379 ISOLA , Albert Joseph 10313 COSTA, Neil Francis 10048 SACRAMENTO, Samantha Jane 9822 LINARES, Steven Ernest 9690BALBAN, Paul John 9511 BOSSANO, Joseph John 9145FEETHAM, Daniel Anthony 5054 HASSAN NAHON, Marlene Dinah Esther 4892 PHILLIPS, Elliott John 4784 REYES, Edwin Joseph 4766 CLINTON, Roy Mark 4733 HAMMOND, Trevor Nicholas 4578LLAMAS, Lawrence Francis 4565 VASQUEZ, Robert Michael 4535 WHITE, Christopher George 4324 KARNANI-SANTOS, Kim Sylvia 4314 Gibraltar - 27th November 2015 - With security around John Macintosh Hall tightened, the first ballot box surprised everyone arriving dead on 10pm, the time polling stations were supposed to close their doors. A stream of ballot boxes then arrived as GBC announced the results of their exit poll putting the GSLP/Liberal Alliance ahead with 72%. As counting started by midnight candidates started to arrive at John Macintosh Hall where the count is taking place. One of the first candidates to arrive was John Cortes, followed by Edwin Reyes. Moments later Joseph Garcia, Gilbert Licudi, Albert Isola and Steven Linares arrived to a somewhat quite JHM as counting started. The verification count was overseen by agents of both parties, with the Governor Alison Macmilan also visiting JMH to oversee the protocols being followed, as is traditional during general elections in Gibraltar.John Macintosh Hall also saw tonight armed patrols present around the area, in keeping with the high security alert status presently experienced in Gibraltar. The security detail deployed included the presence of an inspector within the armed response detail, this being one of the few occassions in which a high ranking officer has been seen present as part of the unit when in public. img_3316_34112856981_o img_3433_34086340972_o img_3756_33859322650_o 6-de-septiembre-2014-iii-gibraltar-music-festival17_14981888208_o img_8936_19954784100_o 27-ene-17-alumnos-de-la-escuela-obispo-fitzgerald-de-gibraltar-conmemoran-el-holocausto_31742372093_o img_5255_33634011703_o regiment-freedom-of-city-0099-bw_15439625722_o img_4644_32242473038_o 2g9a0354_48801282661_o 2g9a2941_49093920783_o 2g9a3002_49093922173_o sebastian-coe-en-gibraltar_26002356088_o 2g9a0431_48801428967_o strongmen-201366_10019076873_o 7u3a5069_49336225053_o 7u3a5145_49336226748_o 2g9a8834_48826628056_o 659-boab-wa_48826285888_o img_3541_39603140302_o img_4689_25762494808_o panorama-18_24765528797_o img_5311_48919604331_o 23-jun-2019-blogueros-espaoles-de-viajes-visitan-el-pen_48114555172_o img_8968_24493312918_o_38310546936_o img_5281_48919809127_o 2g9a9325_30063583971_o img_9283_44160657644_o 160910-national-day-gibraltar-2016-53_29605123075_o img_2672_25226116076_o 2g9a6173_30746406410_o_31001127321_o 13-noviembre-2016-da-del-recuerdo-en-gibraltar-72_25326915679_o 24-sep-2016-toma-de-posesin-de-carmelo-zammit-del-cargo-de-obispo-de-gibraltar_29959239245_o 24-sep-2016-toma-de-posesin-de-carmelo-zammit-del-cargo-de-obispo-de-gibraltar_29845564652_o 04-sep-2016-gibraltar-music-festival_29531203996_o 18-jun-2016-noche-de-la-calentita-en-gibraltar_27222139663_o 2-jun-2016-salvas-en-gibraltar-honor-al-aniversario-de-coronacin-de-la-reina_26808903394_o 000-a-dsc_6104_19436735505_o a-dsc_5788_19248973218_o ceremonia-de-las-llaves-gibraltar-25092014-07_15171086599_o img_4506_25347483400_o DE8A101 fabian-picardo-en-los-cursos-de-verano-de-san-roque-16072015-06_19720422146_o BP200031 HMS Prince of Wales en Gibraltar
