This resulted in tensions between the activists. Police were present to calm down the situation which has been played down as a minor incident. Executive members of the GSD approached over the incident have indicated that they were not at the time aware of such an incident, but have indicated that they would not support such actions and would be looking into the matter. No further known incidents have been reported throughout the day.Voting has been steady throughout the day, with politicians attending the polling stations throughout the morning as voters queue up to vote. The Commissioner of Police has attended polling stations to oversee security in person. skywalk-gibraltar-9-photo-taken-for-bovis-koala-jv-by-meteogibs-photographer-stephen-ball_42273842135_o line-wall-road-gibraltar_22552802560_o Gibraltar - 27th November 2015 - With security around John Macintosh Hall tightened, the first ballot box surprised everyone arriving dead on 10pm, the time polling stations were supposed to close their doors. A stream of ballot boxes then arrived as GBC announced the results of their exit poll putting the GSLP/Liberal Alliance ahead with 72%. As counting started by midnight candidates started to arrive at John Macintosh Hall where the count is taking place. One of the first candidates to arrive was John Cortes, followed by Edwin Reyes. Moments later Joseph Garcia, Gilbert Licudi, Albert Isola and Steven Linares arrived to a somewhat quite JHM as counting started. The verification count was overseen by agents of both parties, with the Governor Alison Macmilan also visiting JMH to oversee the protocols being followed, as is traditional during general elections in Gibraltar.John Macintosh Hall also saw tonight armed patrols present around the area, in keeping with the high security alert status presently experienced in Gibraltar. The security detail deployed included the presence of an inspector within the armed response detail, this being one of the few occassions in which a high ranking officer has been seen present as part of the unit when in public. paisajes-urbanos-gibraltar-19_9222318607_o 2g9a9453_48907568253_o monos-en-la-ciudad-08_9225086836_o 1_discurso-del-ministro-principal-en-la-cuarta-comisin-de-la-asamblea-general-de-la-organizacin-de-naciones-unidas_30035744201_o Gibraltar - 24.02.2014 - MARCOS MORENO - Colas peatonlaes de 2 horas para salir de la aduana de Gibraltar a España. ii-festival-internacional-de-jazz-gibraltar33_10382629133_o Gibraltar - 27th November 2015 - As Gibraltar woke up for work, John Macintosh Hall closed the count to the general election placing the GSLP/Liberal Alliance as the party to form Government. With an overall mayority 68.03% against the GSD's 31.37, the GSLP/Liberals recorded an overwhelming victory which once again sees Fabian Picardo as the Chief Minister of Gibraltar. The results were: -PICARDO, Fabian Raymond 10852 GARCIA, Joseph John 10661 CORTES, John Emmanuel 10529 LICUDI, Gilbert Horace 10379 ISOLA , Albert Joseph 10313 COSTA, Neil Francis 10048 SACRAMENTO, Samantha Jane 9822 LINARES, Steven Ernest 9690BALBAN, Paul John 9511 BOSSANO, Joseph John 9145FEETHAM, Daniel Anthony 5054 HASSAN NAHON, Marlene Dinah Esther 4892 PHILLIPS, Elliott John 4784 REYES, Edwin Joseph 4766 CLINTON, Roy Mark 4733 HAMMOND, Trevor Nicholas 4578LLAMAS, Lawrence Francis 4565 VASQUEZ, Robert Michael 4535 WHITE, Christopher George 4324 KARNANI-SANTOS, Kim Sylvia 4314 Gibraltar Music Festival 2015 Sunday sessions img_9849_21441982666_o inauguracin-exposicin-vctor-quintanilla-en-gibraltar_25851358156_o 2g9a0622_26246159094_o default sebastian-coe-en-gibraltar_38976509915_o MM180007 img_9439_27252736267_o 2g9a0697_48805745128_o 1_img_0115_42877250235_o 7u3a5800_49425348083_o 7u3a5096_49336224348_o frontier-0428_25762635998_o alameda-gardens-6_39603355122_o commonwealth-park-13_24765485867_o img_9815_43969760715_o img_2331_44585505592_o img_4642_23521811868_o llegan-los-generadores-para-la-nueva-estacin-elctrica_31318388382_o 27-abr-16-homenaje-a-los-trabajadores-de-gibraltar_26073142564_o visita-oficial-del-gobernador-al-puerto-de-gibraltar_26062050662_o 2g9a9968_27596511960_o Gibraltar Music Festival Sets off Gibraltar Music Festival Sets off img_2610_25106350475_o lanzamiento-de-la-campaa-gibraltar-stronger-in-europe_25782784684_o GIBRALTAR NATIONAL DAY gibraltar-300-aos-de-utrecht-1372013-45_9289162733_o 9-septiembre-15-national-day-2015-93_21274325826_o img_7648_21272475626_o 1_2G9A0489 gibraltar-evacuation-dsc_3845_17816361918_o 1_7U3A4645 BP200031 img_6370_20285626846_o El-Real-Regimiento-de-Gibraltar-actua-de-nuevo-como-Regimiento-de-Guardia-de-la-Reina-en-Londres-10 846 NAS Ex Barbary Commando 16 rueda-de-prensa-resolucin-comisin-ue06_10967735704_o
