This resulted in tensions between the activists. Police were present to calm down the situation which has been played down as a minor incident. Executive members of the GSD approached over the incident have indicated that they were not at the time aware of such an incident, but have indicated that they would not support such actions and would be looking into the matter. No further known incidents have been reported throughout the day.Voting has been steady throughout the day, with politicians attending the polling stations throughout the morning as voters queue up to vote. The Commissioner of Police has attended polling stations to oversee security in person. img_0039_43872616132_o 19-mayo-gibraltar-world-music-festival30_14461042521_o gibraltar-world-music-festival-dia-1-the-sweet-canary-ensemble-46_9222694453_o 3-de-septiembre-de-2016-gibraltar-music-festival-93_29360013401_o repatriacin-de-nacionales-britnicos-desde-marruecos-covid-19_49870672176_o 2g9a0475_26246320224_o MM180007 concierto-andrea-bocelli_48720880791_o lincoln-uefa-21072015-08_19720463148_o 29-mayo-inauguracin-xvii-juegos-del-estrecho08_14125093119_o 1_img_0101_29910411388_o 7u3a5085_49336224738_o img_0164_41972505660_o img_5848_49085936943_o img_0247_43781196821_o 2g9a8844_48826627511_o img_2774_38737246865_o Alameda-15 2g9a6735-copy_48204115527_o img_5442_48919073218_o 25-abr-2019-visita-fabin-picardo-al-ies-virgen-de-la-esperanza-de-la-lnea-5_47644435322_o 7U3A2463 img_0276_45106514584_o img_0168_42144355952_o cambio-de-guardia-en-gibraltar-por-boda-real_40402220170_o 6-enero-2016-cabalgata-reyes-magos-gibraltar-ii-64_32141123685_o img_0390_36342224611_o img_0614_36479631175_o 10-sep-2017-national-day-de-gibraltar_36354050513_o 1_7-feb-2017-encuentro-entre-fabin-picardo-y-el-alcalde-de-la-lnea-juan-franco_31920712134_o 13-noviembre-2016-da-del-recuerdo-en-gibraltar-11_25326960339_o 2g9a7217_29205869644_o 107776_29207863600_o 5-enero-2014-cabalgata-de-reyes-gibraltar-01_16195952576_o Gibraltar - 7th September 2015 - Gibraltar celebrated its first official Evacuation Commemoration Day with a concert hosted by the government of Gibraltar for some 800 evacuee survivors from the Second World War. The concert was held at the Victoria Stadium using the same stages and facilities used the day earlier by the Gibraltar Music Festival.Evacuation Commemoration Day was officially introduced earlier this year after Gibraltar celebrated 75 years since the whole of the Gibraltar population was evacuated during the second World War. Many of the Gibraltarians were taken to London where some died during the London blitz. Whilst most stayed in London, others were taken to Northern Ireland, Madiera and Jamacia. It was only a confrontation between population leaders that Gibraltarians were allowed back on the Rock after British officials had initially refused to return the population back to its rightful home. 24-jun-2016-comparecencia-de-fabin-picardo-en-el-parlamento-de-gibraltar-tras-referndum-permanencia-ru-en-ue-6_27844264746_o gibraltar-300-aos-de-utrecht-1372013-04_9289390959_o flashmob-sunborn-gibraltar-1411201445_15628011348_o 9-septiembre-15-national-day-2015-39_20677986404_o 75-years-gibraltar-honouring-generation-43_17560537611_o BP200031 image1_50824246618_o 028_20125546689_o
