Subject: Gibraltar, Spain and the Action Protocol establishing guidelines on risk analysis
Can the Commission say whether Spain has now supplied it with the Action Protocol establishing guidelines on risk analysis at its land frontier with Gibraltar as well as with monthly reports describing the risks, actions and results, which were requested of Spain in the Commission’s letter of 30 July 2014? If so, on what date?

The Spanish authorities have submitted the Action protocol establishing guidelines on risk analysis at its land border with Gibraltar on 2 February 2015. The monthly reports to which the Honourable Member is referring have not been provided by Spain so far.
