conferencia-sobre-telecomunicaciones-de-la-commonwealth_40401083901_o paisajes-la-bahia-gibraltar-01_9222264035_o Gibraltar - 26th November 2015 - (Both Joe Bossano for GSLP/Libs and Kim Karnani Santos attended Line Wall Road where tensions were high at one point this morning). Police were today requested to make their presence known at the polling station by Line Wall Road after GSD activists handing leaflets outside the polling station are alleged to have made complaints over the use of the language used by a GSLP/Liberal activist handing leaflets to voters of Moroccan origins.According to reports received by Core Photography the GSD activists complained that the use of the native Moroccan language should not be allowed by those guiding voters outside the polling station, claiming the "official language in Gibraltar is English," according to witnesses present during the incident. This resulted in tensions between the activists. Police were present to calm down the situation which has been played down as a minor incident. Executive members of the GSD approached over the incident have indicated that they were not at the time aware of such an incident, but have indicated that they would not support such actions and would be looking into the matter. No further known incidents have been reported throughout the day.Voting has been steady throughout the day, with politicians attending the polling stations throughout the morning as voters queue up to vote. The Commissioner of Police has attended polling stations to oversee security in person. 2g9a9910_48908041457_o monos-zona-alta-del-pen-con-turistas-04_9222295155_o Gibraltar - 27th November 2015 - As Gibraltar woke up for work, John Macintosh Hall closed the count to the general election placing the GSLP/Liberal Alliance as the party to form Government. With an overall mayority 68.03% against the GSD's 31.37, the GSLP/Liberals recorded an overwhelming victory which once again sees Fabian Picardo as the Chief Minister of Gibraltar. The results were: -PICARDO, Fabian Raymond 10852 GARCIA, Joseph John 10661 CORTES, John Emmanuel 10529 LICUDI, Gilbert Horace 10379 ISOLA , Albert Joseph 10313 COSTA, Neil Francis 10048 SACRAMENTO, Samantha Jane 9822 LINARES, Steven Ernest 9690BALBAN, Paul John 9511 BOSSANO, Joseph John 9145FEETHAM, Daniel Anthony 5054 HASSAN NAHON, Marlene Dinah Esther 4892 PHILLIPS, Elliott John 4784 REYES, Edwin Joseph 4766 CLINTON, Roy Mark 4733 HAMMOND, Trevor Nicholas 4578LLAMAS, Lawrence Francis 4565 VASQUEZ, Robert Michael 4535 WHITE, Christopher George 4324 KARNANI-SANTOS, Kim Sylvia 4314 monos-zona-alta-del-pen-con-turistas-13_9222296481_o img_9319_43016052065_o 1_discurso-del-ministro-principal-en-la-cuarta-comisin-de-la-asamblea-general-de-la-organizacin-de-naciones-unidas_30005416782_o gibraltar-world-music-festival-dia-1-the-sweet-canary-ensemble-19_9225449340_o Gibraltar - 27th November 2015 - As Gibraltar woke up for work, John Macintosh Hall closed the count to the general election placing the GSLP/Liberal Alliance as the party to form Government. With an overall mayority 68.03% against the GSD's 31.37, the GSLP/Liberals recorded an overwhelming victory which once again sees Fabian Picardo as the Chief Minister of Gibraltar. The results were: -PICARDO, Fabian Raymond 10852 GARCIA, Joseph John 10661 CORTES, John Emmanuel 10529 LICUDI, Gilbert Horace 10379 ISOLA , Albert Joseph 10313 COSTA, Neil Francis 10048 SACRAMENTO, Samantha Jane 9822 LINARES, Steven Ernest 9690BALBAN, Paul John 9511 BOSSANO, Joseph John 9145FEETHAM, Daniel Anthony 5054 HASSAN NAHON, Marlene Dinah Esther 4892 PHILLIPS, Elliott John 4784 REYES, Edwin Joseph 4766 CLINTON, Roy Mark 4733 HAMMOND, Trevor Nicholas 4578LLAMAS, Lawrence Francis 4565 VASQUEZ, Robert Michael 4535 WHITE, Christopher George 4324 KARNANI-SANTOS, Kim Sylvia 4314 6-de-septiembre-2014-iii-gibraltar-music-festival36_15168396625_o img_5188_34284277512_o Gibraltar Music Festival 2015 Sunday sessions festival-literario-gibraltar25_10496800925_o 17-febrero-2016-exposicin-gibraltar-y-la-guerra-civil-espaola-20_24720982409_o open-tradewise-de-ajedrez-de-gibraltar_16360719866_o portaaviones-hms-queen-elizabeth-fondeado-en-el-puerto-de-gibraltar-2_40133904802_o visita-platini-gibraltar-rock-cup-2014-28_14150883892_o 5-febrero-2015-entrega-premios-festival-internacional-de-ajedrez-tradewise-de-gibraltar-19_16450799331_o 2g9a8827_48826621296_o img_0227_43781202411_o img_6388_39602873172_o img_9704_21463089125_o Monos-en-la-ciudad-26 visita-del-alcalde-de-la-lnea-al-ministro-principal-de-gibraltar_48954055653_o P1080594 img_2790_38737257335_o P1080660 2g9a4553_48714308492_o img_3897_30891440657_o 25-abr-2019-visita-fabin-picardo-al-ies-virgen-de-la-esperanza-de-la-lnea-3_32754311747_o img_0266_36479574835_o 10-sep-2017-national-day-de-gibraltar_36354090423_o 160910-national-day-gibraltar-2016-8_29314688490_o 2g9a5355_25325890909_o 2g9a4503_30280745794_o 24-sep-2016-toma-de-posesin-de-carmelo-zammit-del-cargo-de-obispo-de-gibraltar_29876085191_o 10-may-2016-visita-inaugural-crucero-jewel-of-the-seas-13_26330688633_o Escala-inaugural-del-crucero-Ovation-of-the-Seas-4 Escala-inaugural-del-crucero-Ovation-of-the-Seas-18 02-mar-2016-inauguracin-omisara-de-polica-de-casemates_25125250099_o a-dsc_0266_18816034113_o Gibraltar Music Festival Sets off 2g9a9917_27839929266_o lanzamiento-de-la-campaa-gibraltar-stronger-in-europe_25784830083_o img_3734_20301890954_o Gibraltar -28th September 2015 - The Governor of Gibraltar today departed From office bidding Farewell to politicians and the armed Forces in what ended up to be a low Key ceremony.
