181016 - Gibraltar inaugura las nuevas oficinas del Puerto cementerio-de-trafalgar-gibraltar_22744593935_o Gibraltar - 27th November 2015 - With security around John Macintosh Hall tightened, the first ballot box surprised everyone arriving dead on 10pm, the time polling stations were supposed to close their doors. A stream of ballot boxes then arrived as GBC announced the results of their exit poll putting the GSLP/Liberal Alliance ahead with 72%. As counting started by midnight candidates started to arrive at John Macintosh Hall where the count is taking place. One of the first candidates to arrive was John Cortes, followed by Edwin Reyes. Moments later Joseph Garcia, Gilbert Licudi, Albert Isola and Steven Linares arrived to a somewhat quite JHM as counting started. The verification count was overseen by agents of both parties, with the Governor Alison Macmilan also visiting JMH to oversee the protocols being followed, as is traditional during general elections in Gibraltar.John Macintosh Hall also saw tonight armed patrols present around the area, in keeping with the high security alert status presently experienced in Gibraltar. The security detail deployed included the presence of an inspector within the armed response detail, this being one of the few occassions in which a high ranking officer has been seen present as part of the unit when in public. Gibraltar - 27th November 2015 - As Gibraltar woke up for work, John Macintosh Hall closed the count to the general election placing the GSLP/Liberal Alliance as the party to form Government. With an overall mayority 68.03% against the GSD's 31.37, the GSLP/Liberals recorded an overwhelming victory which once again sees Fabian Picardo as the Chief Minister of Gibraltar. The results were: -PICARDO, Fabian Raymond 10852 GARCIA, Joseph John 10661 CORTES, John Emmanuel 10529 LICUDI, Gilbert Horace 10379 ISOLA , Albert Joseph 10313 COSTA, Neil Francis 10048 SACRAMENTO, Samantha Jane 9822 LINARES, Steven Ernest 9690BALBAN, Paul John 9511 BOSSANO, Joseph John 9145FEETHAM, Daniel Anthony 5054 HASSAN NAHON, Marlene Dinah Esther 4892 PHILLIPS, Elliott John 4784 REYES, Edwin Joseph 4766 CLINTON, Roy Mark 4733 HAMMOND, Trevor Nicholas 4578LLAMAS, Lawrence Francis 4565 VASQUEZ, Robert Michael 4535 WHITE, Christopher George 4324 KARNANI-SANTOS, Kim Sylvia 4314 las-bateras-defensivas-de-kings-bastion_22119002383_o img_8450_19461943914_o default las-vistas-son-fantsticas-desde-la-estacin-del-telefrico-de-gibraltar_22551311940_o untitled_panorama1_34086335372_o Gibraltar - 27th November 2015 - As Gibraltar woke up for work, John Macintosh Hall closed the count to the general election placing the GSLP/Liberal Alliance as the party to form Government. With an overall mayority 68.03% against the GSD's 31.37, the GSLP/Liberals recorded an overwhelming victory which once again sees Fabian Picardo as the Chief Minister of Gibraltar. The results were: -PICARDO, Fabian Raymond 10852 GARCIA, Joseph John 10661 CORTES, John Emmanuel 10529 LICUDI, Gilbert Horace 10379 ISOLA , Albert Joseph 10313 COSTA, Neil Francis 10048 SACRAMENTO, Samantha Jane 9822 LINARES, Steven Ernest 9690BALBAN, Paul John 9511 BOSSANO, Joseph John 9145FEETHAM, Daniel Anthony 5054 HASSAN NAHON, Marlene Dinah Esther 4892 PHILLIPS, Elliott John 4784 REYES, Edwin Joseph 4766 CLINTON, Roy Mark 4733 HAMMOND, Trevor Nicholas 4578LLAMAS, Lawrence Francis 4565 VASQUEZ, Robert Michael 4535 WHITE, Christopher George 4324 KARNANI-SANTOS, Kim Sylvia 4314 elecciones-generales-gibraltar-26-de-noviembre-de-2015_23325186515_o img_9316_42112015560_o gibraltar-music-festival-2013-emili-sande_9703015414_o gibraltar-music-festival-2013-publico-y-ambiente_9703080304_o gibraltar-world-music-festival-dia-1-the-sweet-canary-ensemble-38_9225468550_o img_0466_22928235021_o inauguracin-exposicin-vctor-quintanilla-en-gibraltar_25756485232_o 2g9a2951_49094440701_o festival-literario-gibraltar25_10496800925_o 26-julio-2014-partido-prensa-cdiz-veteranos-de-gibraltar-17_14569017150_o img_4203_21276167750_o img_9674_42123216141_o img_0241_29910447648_o img_9636_38737419785_o 2g9a1161_48952142001_o Alameda-13 wellington-front0-2439_39634013641_o 2g9a4241_48230643706_o 2g9a4497_48714307792_o img_9991_42144386582_o cambio-de-guardia-en-gibraltar-por-boda-real_42163382842_o 2g9a9378_32228016271_o 10-sep-2017-national-day-50-aniversario-referndum-10967-4_36312449584_o_36997613432_o 2g9a9301_29519580424_o img_2093_36765425700_o 2g9a5139_30873009391_o img_2326_36326580144_o 2g9a7181_29207199593_o 04-sep-2016-gibraltar-music-festival_29275183410_o 21-jun-2016-inauguracin-puente-colgante-en-la-reserva-natural-del-pen-de-gibraltar_27556206430_o img_5109_29479613055_o 27-abr-16-homenaje-a-los-trabajadores-de-gibraltar_26074976353_o Gibraltar Music Festival Sets off 2g9a2861_27090562364_o festival-internacional-de-la-cancin-de-gibraltar_17317927779_o img_2239_27628292661_o 2g9a2123_26635255304_o visita-del-ministro-principal-a-cdiz_26523606955_o gibraltar-evacuation-dsc_4123_18004226565_o BP200031
