la-muralla-de-carlos-v_22119096823_o Gibraltar - 27th November 2015 - Fabian Picardo led his GSLP/LiberalAlliance Ministers to the Convent earlier this morning where there were sworn into Government by Acting Governor Alison Macmilan. He and his team then headed to Number Six where they held their first press call as the newly formed Government following a landslide victory. Gibraltar - 26th November 2015 - (Both Joe Bossano for GSLP/Libs and Kim Karnani Santos attended Line Wall Road where tensions were high at one point this morning). Police were today requested to make their presence known at the polling station by Line Wall Road after GSD activists handing leaflets outside the polling station are alleged to have made complaints over the use of the language used by a GSLP/Liberal activist handing leaflets to voters of Moroccan origins.According to reports received by Core Photography the GSD activists complained that the use of the native Moroccan language should not be allowed by those guiding voters outside the polling station, claiming the "official language in Gibraltar is English," according to witnesses present during the incident. This resulted in tensions between the activists. Police were present to calm down the situation which has been played down as a minor incident. Executive members of the GSD approached over the incident have indicated that they were not at the time aware of such an incident, but have indicated that they would not support such actions and would be looking into the matter. No further known incidents have been reported throughout the day.Voting has been steady throughout the day, with politicians attending the polling stations throughout the morning as voters queue up to vote. The Commissioner of Police has attended polling stations to oversee security in person. img_4002_16261791265_o EL-MIN2 10-mayo-2016-inauguracin-nueva-ala-del-museo-de-gibraltar_26868061371_o elecciones-generales-gibraltar-26-de-noviembre-de-2015_23325260955_o img_6769_35502345856_o Gibraltar Music Festival 2015 Sunday sessions img_0528_22296007083_o festival-literario-gibraltar07_10496942876_o 11-oct-2017-eurafrica-trail-22_37398192140_o ii-jornada-y-clausura-xvii-juegos-del-estrecho01_14314277832_o img_4105_20921051579_o 2g9a9693_50032952867_o 7u3a9570_49901122087_o cruise-liners-10_39603825692_o commonwealth-park-6_38925451484_o gibraltar-regiment-3_38925519604_o dav 2g9a2047_48705913448_o 2g9a8336_32759671678_o 7U3A2374 img_1427_44635127311_o img_9540_44600528691_o 5-enero-2017-cabalgata-de-reyes-magos-gibraltar-17_32010696521_o img_1900_40795172352_o img_0614_36479631175_o img_0816_39737051875_o 2g9a5888_31113492075_o_31114930215_o 2g9a5939_31113370845_o_31001132741_o 2g9a5961_30746302890_o_30747661200_o 2g9a6098_30999556571_o_31078854596_o 2g9a5158_30925681146_o 2g9a4488_30280747484_o 2g9a4503_30280745794_o 11-november-2016-98-ceremonia-del-da-del-armisticio-en-gibraltar-3_30880606196_o img_5032_28856483734_o img_9228_25955130244_o 2g9a1692_27205709136_o 2015_09_14__0079_21397713026_o 2015_09_14__0201_20801029534_o img_3951_20437533134_o 9-septiembre-15-national-day-2015-69_20679512463_o celebracin-entrada-gibraltar-en-la-uefa-11_9224820414_o 10-septiembre-2014-national-day27_15198502991_o 10-septiembre-2014-national-day59_15014889668_o img_4387_20351208560_o image1_50824246618_o 32.9-2021
