This resulted in tensions between the activists. Police were present to calm down the situation which has been played down as a minor incident. Executive members of the GSD approached over the incident have indicated that they were not at the time aware of such an incident, but have indicated that they would not support such actions and would be looking into the matter. No further known incidents have been reported throughout the day.Voting has been steady throughout the day, with politicians attending the polling stations throughout the morning as voters queue up to vote. The Commissioner of Police has attended polling stations to oversee security in person. los-escalones-del-mediterrneo-suben-desde-la-ciudad-a-lo-ms-alto-del-pen-de-gibraltar_22739694735_o colas-de-salida-26-01-15_16191679968_o Gibraltar - 27th November 2015 - With security around John Macintosh Hall tightened, the first ballot box surprised everyone arriving dead on 10pm, the time polling stations were supposed to close their doors. A stream of ballot boxes then arrived as GBC announced the results of their exit poll putting the GSLP/Liberal Alliance ahead with 72%. As counting started by midnight candidates started to arrive at John Macintosh Hall where the count is taking place. One of the first candidates to arrive was John Cortes, followed by Edwin Reyes. Moments later Joseph Garcia, Gilbert Licudi, Albert Isola and Steven Linares arrived to a somewhat quite JHM as counting started. The verification count was overseen by agents of both parties, with the Governor Alison Macmilan also visiting JMH to oversee the protocols being followed, as is traditional during general elections in Gibraltar.John Macintosh Hall also saw tonight armed patrols present around the area, in keeping with the high security alert status presently experienced in Gibraltar. The security detail deployed included the presence of an inspector within the armed response detail, this being one of the few occassions in which a high ranking officer has been seen present as part of the unit when in public. 1_discurso-del-ministro-principal-en-la-cuarta-comisin-de-la-asamblea-general-de-la-organizacin-de-naciones-unidas_30035744201_o img_4012_15641832123_o img_0014_43016080155_o 6-de-septiembre-2014-iii-gibraltar-music-festival45_15167995652_o concierto-de-albert-hammond-7-noviembre-201407_15739843512_o foot-04_17683449071_o fiesta-del-1-de-mayo-en-gibraltar-01052015-12_17364489585_o img_2621_45564823681_o img_2701_44839793904_o img_0667_21597211065_o 2g9a0300_48801426847_o 2012-Titanic-Centenary-1912-2012 img_5820_49086445516_o img_9463_28250762628_o 7u3a5230_49336227498_o 7u3a5257_49336693641_o 2g9a8852_48826251248_o img_1917_39633888391_o plaza-de-la-verdura-1_27855773429_o shipping-10_24764516677_o 2g9a0590_48919805177_o img_5319_48919812497_o img_0118_45106524914_o dscf7930_43693499335_o img_1932_26967034208_o img_9978_42144388942_o img_9019_37650150094_o_37651623794_o OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA img_9491_35393030263_o img_0489_36082691050_o 2g9a5829_32383639210_o 13-noviembre-2016-da-del-recuerdo-en-gibraltar-24_30962840765_o img_5156_28855007944_o img_9513_26493006921_o a-dsc_5971_19248906138_o img_9060_24112902739_o gobernador-de-gibraltar-edward-davis_24201447840_o GIBRALTAR NATIONAL DAY fuegos-artificiales-como-colofn-del-da-nacional-de-gibraltar-2015_22718927386_o img_7648_21272475626_o img_7867_21287916772_o 32.1-2021 Remembrance-Sunday-2022-18
