A stream of ballot boxes then arrived as GBC announced the results of their exit poll putting the GSLP/Liberal Alliance ahead with 72%. As counting started by midnight candidates started to arrive at John Macintosh Hall where the count is taking place. One of the first candidates to arrive was John Cortes, followed by Edwin Reyes. Moments later Joseph Garcia, Gilbert Licudi, Albert Isola and Steven Linares arrived to a somewhat quite JHM as counting started. The verification count was overseen by agents of both parties, with the Governor Alison Macmilan also visiting JMH to oversee the protocols being followed, as is traditional during general elections in Gibraltar.John Macintosh Hall also saw tonight armed patrols present around the area, in keeping with the high security alert status presently experienced in Gibraltar. The security detail deployed included the presence of an inspector within the armed response detail, this being one of the few occassions in which a high ranking officer has been seen present as part of the unit when in public. elecciones-generales-gibraltar-26-de-noviembre-de-2015_23217069022_o ii-festival-internacional-de-jazz-gibraltar02_10382459826_o img_0566_44297155450_o 2013-Gibraltar-International-Literary-Festival Gibraltar Music Festival 2015 Sunday sessions 2g9a0524_26851681025_o repatriacin-de-nacionales-britnicos-desde-marruecos-covid-19_49870672176_o 2g9a0559_26817621986_o MM180007 img_4301_20484970774_o portaaviones-hms-queen-elizabeth-llegando-a-gibraltar-imagen-tomada-desde-uno-de-los-buques-de-apoyo-via-royal-navy-27_40133913952_o gorhams-cave-2_39633650021_o henry-cavill-en-la-carrera-del-350-aniversario-de-los-royal-marines-en-gibraltar-25-octubre-201420_15437107939_o ragged-staff-2_27855465879_o henry-cavill-en-la-carrera-del-350-aniversario-de-los-royal-marines-en-gibraltar-25-octubre-201422_15437616718_o img_0304_45831074471_o img_4745_45202432445_o dscf7889_30729838038_o 2g9a0959_48806101981_o OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA 2g9a6802_48204114016_o img_0489_36082691050_o national-day-panorama1_48713810828_o img_0664_36082750900_o img_9841_31008298238_o 13-noviembre-2016-da-del-recuerdo-en-gibraltar-35_30927270776_o CM & Franco Visit Frontier Exhibition 060619 { seq} ( Photo John Bugeja) at the JMHall 2g9a4684_30827323161_o 10-sep-2017-national-day-de-gibraltar_36331787634_o 2g9a9520_28856841304_o img_2077_36765431830_o 18-jun-2016-noche-de-la-calentita-en-gibraltar_27834021475_o 27-abr-16-homenaje-a-los-trabajadores-de-gibraltar_26075036393_o 02-mar-2016-inauguracin-omisara-de-polica-de-casemates_25125251449_o img_7856_24206820955_o miss-gibraltar-en-la-cabalgata-de-los-reyes-magos-en-gibraltar_23578622244_o concierto-evacuados-de-gibraltar-07092015-4bn_21228486302_o Gibraltar Music Festival Sets off 2g9a0171_26882523611_o Remembrance Sunday Service at the Cross of Sacrifice, Gibraltar.
