A stream of ballot boxes then arrived as GBC announced the results of their exit poll putting the GSLP/Liberal Alliance ahead with 72%. As counting started by midnight candidates started to arrive at John Macintosh Hall where the count is taking place. One of the first candidates to arrive was John Cortes, followed by Edwin Reyes. Moments later Joseph Garcia, Gilbert Licudi, Albert Isola and Steven Linares arrived to a somewhat quite JHM as counting started. The verification count was overseen by agents of both parties, with the Governor Alison Macmilan also visiting JMH to oversee the protocols being followed, as is traditional during general elections in Gibraltar.John Macintosh Hall also saw tonight armed patrols present around the area, in keeping with the high security alert status presently experienced in Gibraltar. The security detail deployed included the presence of an inspector within the armed response detail, this being one of the few occassions in which a high ranking officer has been seen present as part of the unit when in public. gibraltar-music-festival-2013-publico-y-ambiente_9699832013_o elecciones-generales-gibraltar-26-de-noviembre-de-2015_23242601371_o el-ministro-principal-fabian-picardo-i_14009911876_o 17-febrero-2016-exposicin-gibraltar-y-la-guerra-civil-espaola-25_24793053580_o img_6758_35502347606_o intercambio-cultural-entre-gibraltar-y-cdiz_42178229464_o img_0718_21605925421_o portaaviones-hms-queen-elizabeth-llegando-a-gibraltar-imagen-tomada-desde-uno-de-los-buques-de-apoyo-via-royal-navy-28_28386232519_o lincoln-uefa-21072015-24_19901007182_o sebastian-coe-en-gibraltar_26002322868_o lincoln-uefa-21072015-38_19913569091_o img_9432_42123275541_o 7u3a5085_49336224738_o img_9741_21276142829_o img_4502_48826817602_o Mezquita-19 commonwealth-park-5_27855891239_o 7U3A2478 23-jun-2019-blogueros-espaoles-de-viajes-visitan-el-pen_48131069431_o img_9149_37650280124_o_38310538586_o 25-abr-2019-visita-fabin-picardo-al-ies-virgen-de-la-esperanza-de-la-lnea-3_32754311747_o dementia-day-centre-panorama3_32228020981_o 16-a-19-nov-2017-festival-internacional-de-literatura-gibunco-de-gibraltar-152_24674709848_o img_9510_35361473394_o CM & Franco Visit Frontier Exhibition 060619 { seq} ( Photo John Bugeja) at the JMHall 160910-national-day-gibraltar-2016-16_29605155335_o 10-sep-2017-national-day-de-gibraltar_36354097533_o 2g9a6097_30999767001_o_31001128461_o 13-noviembre-2016-da-del-recuerdo-en-gibraltar-69_25326917839_o 2g9a9561_29447149796_o Chief Rabbi of Commonwealth at Jews Gate Cemetery opening a-dsc_5704_19410484906_o investidura-adolfo-canepa-como-nuevo-alcalde15_13581230603_o 2g9a1710-1_27170661451_o gibraltar-300-aos-de-utrecht-1372013-42_9289181627_o gobernador-de-gibraltar-edward-davis_24129255589_o 2015_09_14__0179_21432224251_o GIBRALTAR NATIONAL DAY panorama_gibraltar5_20802382403_o img_7744_21110553300_o img_8639_40_41_fused_tonemapped_21321584055_o img_8645_6_7_fused_21329772691_o gibraltar-evacuation-dsc_4242_17817962909_o img_4431_19917960513_o 7u3a6938_51342695646_o 20220910_21-GUN-SALUTE_029 fabin-picardo-ministro-principal-gibraltar-03_9222245357_o
