Primer vuelo Gibraltar-Marrakech 15-de-abril-2016-jardines-de-la-alameda-de-gibraltar-5_26348598742_o 15-de-abril-2016-jardines-de-la-alameda-de-gibraltar-36_25838023823_o Gibraltar - 26th November 2015 - (Commissioner of police at Town Range Polling Station as he oversees security) Police were today requested to make their presence known at the polling station by Line Wall Road after GSD activists handing leaflets outside the polling station are alleged to have made complaints over the use of the language used by a GSLP/Liberal activist handing leaflets to voters of Moroccan origins.According to reports received by Core Photography the GSD activists complained that the use of the native Moroccan language should not be allowed by those guiding voters outside the polling station, claiming the "official language in Gibraltar is English," according to witnesses present during the incident. This resulted in tensions between the activists. Police were present to calm down the situation which has been played down as a minor incident. Executive members of the GSD approached over the incident have indicated that they were not at the time aware of such an incident, but have indicated that they would not support such actions and would be looking into the matter. No further known incidents have been reported throughout the day.Voting has been steady throughout the day, with politicians attending the polling stations throughout the morning as voters queue up to vote. The Commissioner of Police has attended polling stations to oversee security in person. turismo-en-gibraltar-092015-321_22756374331_o 4-oct-2017-cm-y-representantes-de-gibraltar-en-cuarta-comisin-de-naciones-unidas-5_37398298730_o Gibraltar - 27th November 2015 - With security around John Macintosh Hall tightened, the first ballot box surprised everyone arriving dead on 10pm, the time polling stations were supposed to close their doors. A stream of ballot boxes then arrived as GBC announced the results of their exit poll putting the GSLP/Liberal Alliance ahead with 72%. As counting started by midnight candidates started to arrive at John Macintosh Hall where the count is taking place. One of the first candidates to arrive was John Cortes, followed by Edwin Reyes. Moments later Joseph Garcia, Gilbert Licudi, Albert Isola and Steven Linares arrived to a somewhat quite JHM as counting started. The verification count was overseen by agents of both parties, with the Governor Alison Macmilan also visiting JMH to oversee the protocols being followed, as is traditional during general elections in Gibraltar.John Macintosh Hall also saw tonight armed patrols present around the area, in keeping with the high security alert status presently experienced in Gibraltar. The security detail deployed included the presence of an inspector within the armed response detail, this being one of the few occassions in which a high ranking officer has been seen present as part of the unit when in public. elecciones-generales-gibraltar-26-de-noviembre-de-2015_23325315025_o 6-septiembre-2015-gibraltar-music-festival-2015-iii46_21029647329_o inauguracin-exposicin-vctor-quintanilla-en-gibraltar_25576701720_o regiment-freedom-of-city-0114_15438414642_o jebel-sahara-3-la-embajadora-del-reino-unido-en-marruecos-se-prepara-para-subir-a-bordo-de-un-helicptero-puma_22494866654_o regiment-freedom-of-city-0226_15416895646_o Gibraltar - Preparations for Operation Sea Snake start at Eastern beach with tanks 2g9a0524_26851681025_o gibraltar-estonia-marzo-2014-6_12955936375_o gibraltar-feroe-febrero-2014-09_12865025954_o 2g9a2550_49086660532_o img_5705_49086660242_o 2g9a1982_49049234967_o Teleferico-Parte-Alta-del-Penon-19 23-jun-2019-blogueros-espaoles-de-viajes-visitan-el-pen_48114462606_o img_5231_48919070668_o 23-jun-2019-blogueros-espaoles-de-viajes-visitan-el-pen_48131069986_o img_0148_30891441977_o 2g9a4653_48714308867_o 7U3A2457 img_9421_29944502797_o img_3089_40043449575_o 20171214_112105_39025259582_o img_0630_36082732520_o img_9949_36342185631_o 16-a-19-nov-2017-festival-internacional-de-literatura-gibunco-de-gibraltar-99_37830973514_o untitled_panorama1_36326678104_o 16-a-19-nov-2017-festival-internacional-de-literatura-gibunco-de-gibraltar-167_24674702868_o 2g9a5057_22782516378_o img_0787_39737053385_o 13-noviembre-2016-da-del-recuerdo-en-gibraltar-26_30846302002_o img_0386_36342229111_o 04-sep-2016-gibraltar-music-festival_29565280445_o img_5157_29190831610_o img_9601_26532962996_o Gibraltar Music Festival Sets off 000-a-dsc_6110_19250563949_o tom-lackey-acrobata-aereo-de-94-anos-en-gibraltar-10102014-03_15513094471_o 2g9a9848_27773273022_o 9-septiembre-15-national-day-2015-75_21113728419_o 046-copy_20318117001_o img_4243_20352215540_o 7u3a6918_51342695801_o
