Subject: Delays at land border between Gibraltar and Spain
Can the Commission state on how many occasions and on what dates it has written to the Spanish authorities regarding the delays at the land border between Gibraltar and Spain in 2013 and in 2014, and will the Commission publish copies of all this correspondence?

Besides addressing several letters to the United Kingdom, the Commission wrote to Spain on 15 November 2013, 19 December 2013, 28 February 2014, 19 June 2014, 30 July 2014 and 6 October 2014. The Commission does not intend to proactively publish the correspondence. Should a request for access to documents be made, it will be analysed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation 1049/2001.
