Subject: Spanish Government action on Gibraltar border delays

Please could the Commission report in detail on what action the Spanish Government has taken since November 2013 with regard to the Commission’s letter on the border delays between Spain and Gibraltar?

The implementation of the Commission recommendations of 15 November 2013 addressed to both Spanish and the United Kingdom authorities regarding the Spanish­Gibraltar border is on­going. The Commission intends to report on the actions undertaken by the Spanish and Gibraltar authorities once this process is terminated.
